Learning Solutions Systems Advisor (FTC)

Job Introduction

To support the design and implementation of the global Learning Management System. Finding opportunities for continuous improvement, keeping the system up to date and providing insightful learning data and supporting the development of digital learning solutions. Whilst maintaining IFS training catalogue and super user capability. 

Please note that this is an FTC position until 30th April 2024 initially.  

Main Responsibility

Management and Administration of the Learning Management system (LMS)

  • Maintain e-learning content for our LMS
  • Review and audit LMS content
  • Review and Simplify LMS processes
  • Testing of new LMS features and changes and attending monthly calls
  • Develop the structure and groupings of the L&D Framework on the LMS
  • Work with internal and external suppliers to maintain, improve, develop and future proof the LMS
  • Advise on system solutions using expertise
  • Work with global colleagues to ensure the LMS is culturally aligned and reflects differing L&D needs
  • Promoting and educating colleagues on the LMS
  • Develop internal capability and upskill stakeholders, using training and demos – face to face and virtual
  • Manage the LMS inbox and respond to queries within the SLA
  • Manage and maintain the mandatory modules in line with the compliance calendar

Analytics and reporting

  • Analyse and interpret data to provide meaningful insight and improvement recommendations to share with key stakeholders.
  • Provide monthly completion report on L&D Framework, Curriculum and compliance modules
  • Create easy to navigate dashboard with insightful data

Programme management:

  • Work with external supplier to ensure all logistics for programmes and workshops are arranged
  • Liaise with participant to ensure the smooth running of programmes
  • Manage workshop enrolments
  • Provide weekly and monthly dashboard to highlight programme and workshop attendances

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong analytical, problem solving and solution orientated skillset.
  • Data driven
  • Strong Problem solving mindset
  • Experience of learning management systems/technologies to deliver learning solutions.
  • Curious, confident, resilient and a good communicator.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to, adapt and deliver in a fast paced environment.
  • Computer literacy to include Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams.
  • Experience of managing suppliers and internal Stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills

Desirable

  • Good levels of proficiency in creative design
  • Experience with Articulate Storyline 360
  • Experience with Kallidus
  • Experience using Macros Excel and power BI
  • Experience of working in a multi-cultural, global organisation is desirable.
