직무 소개

We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Systems Project Manager to join our team in Scotland, to manage the design, development and implementation of two key HR systems/processes to help drive forward the transformation of the HR function in line with the William Grant Way (WGW). The systems/processes are Phase 2 of the Applicant Tracking System and the approach to the Employee Engagement Survey (both short term and longer term).

The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include; the design, delivery and project management of Phase 2 of the implementation of the Applicant Tracking System (Careers Hub) in line with the WGW. They will also act as Project Manager for the 2021 global employee engagement survey. This will include leading on the communication and implementation plan. This role will also act as Project Manager for the longer term approach to measuring global employee engagement and intention to capture engagement on a continuous basis. Another key activity will be to provide data, analysis and insight on the employee engagement (captured via the survey) and be able to share this in a user-friendly format to key stakeholders within the HR team and the wider business. The projects/processes will need to be developed in line with the WGW and underlying People Books and process maps (L4/L5). It will involve the creation and development of key communications, processes, templates, user/briefing guides and supporting training and upskilling sessions.

Our ideal candidate will have prior experience of Experience of leading HR systems projects as well as strong skills in working with processes and being detailed focused. To be successful in this role, strong organisational skills with the ability to project manage, adapt and deliver in a fast paced environment will be critical. Change Management skills and experience will be key. Computer literacy to include Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams. CIPD, or equivalent, professional HR qualification is also desirable.
