We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Director to join us. You will support us with developing and managing the business, working collaboratively with the Operations Business Unit (OBU), Stocks Business Unit (SBU) & Quality Spirits International (QSI) Boards to achieve the respective Business Unit and Company Objectives.

You will collaborate with respective Boards and team leaders of the business units to achieve company objectives and develop a high-performing organisation with an employee-oriented open and collaborative culture. This includes the implementation of effective HR policies, principles, and standardised processes, as well as providing practical advice in all HR matters.

Furthermore, part of this role involves proactively working to improve productivity and talent development within the respective business units, focusing on leadership and functional requirements with a longer term vision of succession planning across the BU. 

理想候选人

  • Degree / CIPD qualified or equivalent experience
  • Generalist HR background with working knowledge of employment law,  performance management, talent development, succession planning and employee engagement
  • Experience in a commercial operations environment, strong negotiation skills including union / collective groupings, ability to propose fit for purpose solutions
  • Highly effective communicator, with the ability to make a positive impact and strong working relationships at all levels of the organisation
  • Highly organised, pro-active approach, with excellent attention to detail and able to interpret large amounts of complex information from multiple sources
  • Significant experience of facilitating and implementing organisational change and culture development
  • Able to demonstrate considerable achievement in fast paced growing business
