The role of Financial Analyst – Global Marketing sits in the Branded Business Unit (BBU) Finance team and supports the Global Marketing teams in achieving their financial objectives in an effective and timely manner.  

The scope of this role includes a selection of brands and teams based in Richmond, as well as the Dufftown visitor centre. Working in the Global Marketing finance team is the chance to bring your financial knowledge to marketing experts. As a trusted business partner, you will provide the Global Marketing teams with strong financial management, including planning, reporting and analysis of their spend. This will include pure marketing investments as well as their Overheads and even the full P&L for the DVC.

You will engage with them monthly, guiding them in the delivery of their budget, making sure they stay on target and highlighting any risk or opportunity to the management team.

To do so, you will produce or improve different financial reporting using data submitted in IFS to bring insightful and accurate information to the teams. You will ensure data is correct, compliant and aligns to the William Grant Way.

You will have good financial skills and data analytics capability where integrity, accuracy and compliance will be embedded in everything that you do. You will also have the ability to build relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders and adapt your language to theirs. You will be used to operating in a very dynamic environment with regular and tight deadlines. You will proactively suggest and implement new ways of working to improve our efficiency and effectiveness for us and the Marketing teams.
