Finance Executive - Global Marketing

Job Introduction

The role of Financial Executive – Global marketing sits in the Branded Business Unit (BBU) Finance team and supports the Global Marketing teams in achieving their financial objectives in an effective and timely manner. Working in the Global marketing finance team is the chance to bring your financial knowledge to Marketing experts. We are a warm and welcoming company and would like a passionate finance professional who enjoys what they do.

Main Responsibility

As a Finance executive, you will support the Global Marketing teams with various IFS, Purchase Orders, suppliers and other financial admin requests. You play a key role in facilitating their day to day for everything finance related. You will be come a key user of our financial system, IFS.

You will support our own Global marketing team during month-end : from refreshing reports to postings journals and running some Balance sheet reconciliations, you will help us ensuring we can deliver qualitative analysis in a timely and compliant manner.

You will also participate to the budgeting / forecasting process leading on the upload of data in the system. You will also support on any ad-hoc requests from the Finance controller or Head of Finance.

Our Ideal Candidate

You are a motivated and detail-oriented individual, with a first experience in a similar junior position within finance. You will have good financial skills and data analytics capability and you are eager to learn and contribute to a dynamic team. You are comfortable with excel, numerical data and financial systems. You are also able to build relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders and adapt your language to theirs.
