Finance Analyst

Job Introduction

We are looking for a Finance Analyst to join the BBU Finance team based in Miami, supporting the Latin America region. This is a highly dynamic and cross-functional role, responsible for business partnering with our Commercial, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to drive performance and support strategic decision-making across the region. The position also plays a key role in ensuring financial governance and compliance. Given the size and complexity of the region, this role offers significant exposure to diverse business challenges and stakeholder engagement, both internally and externally with distributor partners.

Main Responsibility

As Finance Analyst, you will support the financial management, reporting, planning, and analysis of commercial performance across a wide range of markets in Latin America. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the planning and reporting cycles in line with the Finance calendar.
  • Coordinating financial submissions across markets and ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Providing insightful financial analysis to inform commercial, pricing, and marketing decisions.
  • Partnering with commercial teams to evaluate investment opportunities and optimize profitability.
  • Supporting the governance and compliance agenda across the region, particularly in pricing and marketing investment approvals.
  • Collaborating closely with the Regional Head of Finance and Compliance & Controls Manager to ensure adherence to internal policies and standards.

Our Ideal Candidate

You have a degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. You bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset.

A key requirement for this role is advanced Excel proficiency. You must be comfortable working with large and complex datasets, building dynamic models, and generating actionable insights from multiple data sources. Experience with pivot tables, lookups, nested formulas, and data visualization tools is highly desirable.

You are a strong communicator—both verbally and in writing—and capable of collaborating effectively with stakeholders across multiple geographies and functions. You thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and are able to manage competing priorities while delivering high-quality outputs.
