Customer Service Co-Ordinator (FTC)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Coordinator within the UK Supply Chain Team.

We seek a versatile and dynamic professional with an eye for detail, who is results driven and has a passion for building and maintaining relationships

This role will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring that orders are processed daily for WG&S UK, as well as ensuring excellent customer service to internal and external customers to support the effective operation of the supply chain.

As part of the WG&S UK Supply Chain team, you will be required to

  • Ensure excellent customer service to internal and external customers to support the effective operation of the supply chain.
  • Process customer orders, managing from placement through to delivery as well as possible discrepancies.
  • Be able to work with forecast data to manage demand on allocated/restricted SKU’s
  • Co-ordination of deliveries to customers ensuring a minimum agreed service level of 98%
  • Work to resolve customer supply issues and complaints

  • Proficient in Excel and Word.
  • Previous experience within customer supply chain and customer service is advantageous.
