We are seeking an experienced Technical Programme & Delivery Leader to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects while leading a high-performing project team. You will bridge the gap between business objectives and technical execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

You will be responsible for managing the overall IT technical delivery programme, aligning with global priorities to deliver consistent benefits and services across the organisation. A key aspect of the role involves building strong relationships with stakeholders and managing their expectations in the delivery, support, and continuous improvement of IT services. This includes chairing Steering Group Meetings and contributing to Global Forums.
As the programme lead, you will oversee a team of technical project managers while driving alignment with the company’s global technical blueprint. You’ll lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution, while also developing detailed project plans that cover timelines, budgets, and resource planning. Proactive risk management and issue resolution will be central to your delivery approach, along with supporting the development and implementation of IT policies, procedures, and standards in line with industry best practices.

You are a confident and dynamic professional with a strategic mindset and the ability to manage ambiguity while providing clear direction. Your strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities are matched by your expertise in stakeholder management and negotiation.
You bring over ten years of experience in technical project management, including at least five years in a senior or programme leadership role. You have a proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and a strong foundation in IT infrastructure disciplines such as networks, infrastructure, or cloud technologies. Your experience includes working with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies, and you are highly proficient with project management tools such as Microsoft Project. You thrive in collaborative environments and are an excellent communicator with a natural ability to bring people together around a shared goal.
