RTC Systems & Decision Support Lead

Job Introduction

Are you looking for a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic, high priority, and fast-growing portfolio of brands? Brands like Hendrick’s Gin, Tullamore D.E.W, Glenfiddich Whiskey, and Milagro Tequila! We are looking for an analytical expert that will partner with our US Commercial team to build and enhance our business route to consumer (RTC) technical systems and processes.

Main Responsibility

The RTC Systems and Processes Lead will be a part of the team driving the operations of RTC and the monetization of data to drive our business forward. They will be our influencer to help facilitate and train the US commercial and marketing teams to actively utilize data and analytics to achieve business goals by leveraging sales data, syndicated data, and insights.  They will lead a team of analytics managers, as well as lead the sales force automation program architecture.  

Our Ideal Candidate

Our ideal candidate is required to bring 5+ years of experience in analytics in liquor or consumer packaged goods industry. In addition, our ideal candidate will demonstrate strategic thinking, the ability to create strategic plans, have strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to make decisions based on data and insights and communicate them to large groups. They will have a strong understanding of the 3-tier US liquor regulatory environment. The salary range for this role, based out of our New York City office is $142,221 - $161,332.This role is not eligible for international or domestic relocation.
