RTC Deployment Head LATAM & Canada

Job Introduction

Brands like Hendrick’s Gin, Tullamore D.E.W, Glenfiddich Whiskey, and Milagro Tequila! We are looking for an experienced professional to develop and lead the delivery of the LATAM Route to Consumer (RTC) agenda and execution plan. This role will leverage market maturity assessments and align with agreed-upon priorities to enhance specific RTC capabilities. 

Main Responsibility

Lead, development and execution of annual RTC/ MMA action plan.  

Oversee development of RTC planning & M&E templates and reporting for the LATAM commercial team.  

Drive the LATAM operating rhythm forward by embedding RTC touchpoints into internal & external commercial planning calendar, process, and deliverables, including lockdown meetings, commercial briefings, and global check-ins.   

Provide progress reports to the leadership team and any Global forums to ensure that RTC is reported and governed with key metrics as part of the on-going business performance. 

Lead RTC data analysis, identify and action key insights (working with shopper marketing & commercial planning. 

Develop and maintain exceptional relationships with key internal stakeholders including Brand, Commercial Planning, BBU Managing Director and Global RTC in order to share best practices, close the gap on scorecards, and ensure LATAM commercial planning strategies are built on strong cross-functional input and are aligned across the WGS organization. 

Our Ideal Candidate

Our Ideal Candidate is a strategic leader with a proven track record in Route to Consumer or similar commercial roles, preferably within LATAM markets. They possess strong analytical skills, cultural awareness, and fluency in both English and Spanish. With exceptional communication abilities and experience guiding cross-functional teams, this individual can build aligment across stakeholders and drive RTC improvements. Their expertise in interpreting market maturity assessments will enable them to craft and execute strategies that enhance consumer engagement and optimize growth in the region.  

Key Things To Note About This Role 

  • This position is eligible for hybrid working under the company’s hybrid working policy which requires presence on-site/in-office 3 days a week. 

  • This position is based in Miami, Florida but requires travel to Latin America and company headquarters in UK from time-to-time.
