An exciting opportunity has arisen for a National Account Manager within the UK Meta Luxury On Trade team within Scotland, with a focus in the Edinburgh area.
The purpose of this role is to execute the Meta Luxury On Trade sales vision and strategy in alignment with our William Grant & Sons Crosshairs strategy, delivering budgeted performance and activating brands as a Premium Partner of Choice. Deliver budget performance, within agreed guidelines, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability for the Company whilst balancing brand equity and value

The key responsibility of the role is to deliver listings, distribution and visibility targets for the WG&S portfolio in line with the On Trade Meta Luxury strategy. As well as to optimise ongoing growth and profitability for the Channel by seeking out and identifying new opportunities to deliver continued business growth. Maintain and establish great relationships with customers to develop a deep understanding of London On Trade and key influencers.
You will work with your leader to ensure that the Brand Plans are integrated with the Account Plans. Ensure the appropriate brands and investment is targeted to the right consumers in the right outlets via the Route To Consumer segmentation model.

Our ideal candidate would have experience managing regional accounts, ideally in the On Trade arena, and have strong influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels.
Previous experience working in luxury is desirable but not mandatory. Good numeracy skills and a high level of IT knowledge, with the ability to identify insights from data are a must, as well as having strong problem solving skills with the ability to identify strategic opportunities.
