We’re looking for a dynamic Lead Brand Manager to join our team and help shape the future of one of Ireland’s most iconic whiskey brands. This is an exciting opportunity to drive growth, creativity, and brand love for Tullamore D.E.W. across the US market

Main Responsibility

As Lead Brand Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing bold brand strategies that bring Tullamore D.E.W.’s distinctive character to life. You’ll oversee brand campaigns, innovation projects, and partnerships that strengthen our position in culture and in the hearts of whiskey drinkers worldwide. Working closely with cross-functional teams, global markets, and agency partners, you’ll ensure best-in-class activation, compelling storytelling, and commercial impact. From creative development to performance tracking, you’ll manage the full brand journey with ownership and accountability.

Our Ideal Candidate

Our ideal candidate brings 5 - 7 years of brand management experience at a world-class CPG company or alcohol beverage company, ideally both; master’s degree preferable.  You’re a brand builder at heart – passionate, curious, and commercially minded. With proven experience in FMCG or spirits, you bring a track record of leading successful campaigns and driving measurable results. You’re equally comfortable with creative ideation and data-driven analysis, and you thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments. An entrepreneurial mindset, strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, and a flair for storytelling are essential. Most of all, you’re excited to champion Tullamore D.E.W. and inspire real human connection through the work you do.The salary range for this role, based out of the NYC office is $146,775 - $165,000.
