Land & Property Manager

Job Introduction

The WG&S group owns and leases (typically acting as the landlord) a vast global estate comprising of rural and agricultural land, undeveloped land, residential properties and commercial properties. The majority of that estate is located in Scotland. This new role is being introduced to oversee, co-ordinate and manage our fantastic portfolio of land and properties.

Main Responsibility

You’ll have the opportunity to play a key role in maintaining a full record of the Company’s global property interests (ownership, leases or otherwise) and relevant expiry and renewal timelines in respect of leases, options, and other time critical agreements. You will also be part of the long term planning for the Company through advising on transactions that impact the portfolio with the future as much as the present in mind.

Our Ideal Candidate

With a background in surveying or a similar field, you’ll be an expert in land and property management with experience in; contracts, registrations and knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements.
