William Grant & Sons is growing and our People team is continually evolving to deliver our global business needs. As HR Business Partner, Business Change at WG&S, you will be a key part of the HR management team and will be instrumental in leading projects within the Branded Business Unit (BBU) HR function and on behalf of our global business. You will be a self-starter with strong HR background and an ability to critique and simplify processes with strong communication skills and attention to detail.

You will partner with the HR Director to deliver the People strategy across the BBU. You will lead specific projects and/or oversee project delivery– this could range from Recruitment, L&D, Talent Management & Succession Planning, HR Systems, Cross Border Employment & Global Mobility.
You will use your people expertise and developing solutions to help the BBU to deliver its strategy, while also working collaboratively with the larger HR Management team in delivering the WG&S people agenda as we go through this period of growth, change and investment. This includes influencing and building relationships with people around the business including other HR professionals and the wider WG&S ecosystem.
You will be confident in questioning and challenging others to get to the root of people and business issues. You will drive continuous improvement and will design, deliver and improve key people initiatives and processes.
