HR Administrator (4 Month FTC)

Main Responsibility

Utilising various WG&S systems and data sources, you will maintain the HR System and Administration processes accurately and to defined timescales to ensure all information held is accurate, up to date and managed in line with GDPR requirements. This role will primarily focus on Recruitment Administration, from coordinating interviews to the point of offer.  You will complete the full range of HR Administrative tasks including metrics and supporting with the onboarding process. In addition you will also support the wider HR team with general HR admin including absence administration, management of the occupational health referral process, payroll and benefits administration. You will also assist with the implementation and promotion of HR Policies and William Grant Way processes to ensure compliance across the business.

Our Ideal Candidate

You will have excellent, proactive, organisational, planning and administrative capabilities, coupled with high attention to detail and an ability to manage a busy workload with multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Experience in the MS Office suite and a strong technical competence to generate reports and analyse data is also essential for this role.

Experience of payroll administration, recruitment administration and an understanding of HR systems and processes would also be advantageous.
