At William Grant & Sons, we're seeking a visionary Global Luxury Lead to elevate our luxury spirits portfolio to unprecedented heights. As a key member of our luxury team, you'll spearhead the development and execution of world-class luxury strategies for iconic brands like Glenfiddich and The Balvenie. This is a pivotal role that will shape the future of our luxury business and leave a lasting legacy.

Responsabilité du rôle

As the Global Luxury Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our luxury spirits portfolio. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing comprehensive luxury strategies, overseeing a strategic priority acceleration project for Glenfiddich, leading the development and execution of a global flagship account program, serving as the global lead for our exciting new Wildmoor brand, and building and implementing a robust luxury capability program.

You will also need to partner with cross-functional teams, build strong relationships with external partners, and ensure seamless execution of luxury initiatives.

To be a success in this role you will have a strong background in luxury and spirits marketing and innovation, global experience including Asia and US with an entrepreneurial mindset, external radar and proven ability to drive quality standards.
