Brand Manager - Monkey Shoulder

Job Introduction

Shake things up with Monkey Shoulder – one of the UK’s biggest and boldest malt Scotch brands.

We’re looking for a passionate and creative Brand Manager to join our dynamic team. This is your chance to take the reins on a brand known for rewriting the whisky rulebook – a playful disruptor with serious credentials. Based in our Hook office, you’ll play a key role in bringing Monkey Shoulder to life through high-impact campaigns, cultural activations, and smart commercial thinking. If you’re excited by brand building, love working across creative and commercial teams, and want to help grow a brand that naturally disrupts, apply now. This is a hybrid working role based out of our Hook office at least 3 days a week.

Main Responsibility

You’ll lead the execution of brand plans that drive growth for Monkey Shoulder across the UK, turning global strategies into locally impactful campaigns. Working closely with internal teams and agencies, you’ll ensure activations are insight-led, creatively excellent, and commercially effective. From managing cross-functional projects to driving channel execution and evaluating performance, you’ll be at the heart of delivering one of the most exciting whisky brands in the market. Furthermore, you will gain access to leading Brand Equity training, tools and events to put you at the forefront of the industry.

Our Ideal Candidate

You’re a confident and creative marketer with a sharp commercial mind. You love building brands that challenge the norm and stand out from the crowd. With strong experience in FMCG or drinks, you know how to lead cross-functional teams and deliver outstanding campaigns. You thrive in fast-paced environments, balance creative flair with disciplined execution, and can manage agency partners to a high standard.
