We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Gardener to join us in our Tullamore Distillery, to support the Maintenance Leadership team by assisting and undertaking general estate ground maintenance duties, using team machinery to maintain and improve the appearance of the Tullamore Distillery site.

• Safely and efficiently operate estate machinery, ensuring all tasks are carried out with care and coordination.
• Perform and verify all pre-use checks on estate machinery, maintaining compliance with maintenance schedules and health & safety standards.
• Carry out a range of estate maintenance duties—including grass cutting, weed control, gardening, landscaping, and power washing—to a consistently high standard across the site grounds.
• Support site operations by performing routine forklift truck (FLT) activities as required.
• Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the delivery of team strategies, plans, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prioritise health and safety in all tasks, ensuring it remains central to every decision and action.

理想候选人

• Time served/qualified gardener within a large Industrial/Estate/Garden environment.
• Extensive horticultural knowledge
• Ability to drive and operate hand mowers and ride-on grass cutting machinery
• Ability to drive and operate tractors and attachments would be a distinct advantage (although training can be provided)
• Safe handling and application of pesticides PA1/6
