Execution Specialist – Los Angeles

Job Introduction

The Execution Specialist will advocate for our core brands in Los Angeles on-premise market. They will be a market expert influencing key thought leaders. They will attract, retain and develop business across specific accounts. This individual will work across departments, building relationships with key players at the partner distributor as well as with the WG&S Division Marketing team and Brand Ambassadors. This role will require the ability to work nights and weekends; with some travel.

They will attract, retain and develop business across specific accounts. This individual will work across departments, building relationships with key players at the partner distributor as well as with the WG&S Division Marketing team and Brand Ambassadors. This role will require the ability to work nights and weekends; with some travel.

Our Ideal Candidate

Our ideal candidate will be an experienced salesperson with a history of calling on the on-premise market within the Los Angeles Area. We are seeking a team member who excels at relationship building and enjoys engaging with buyers and consumers alike. A creative thinker who is also a clear communicator, good presenter and is well organized. Product/cocktail knowledge is a plus, but not essential. Must be able to manage a budget and administrative tasks.

Additional required skills and qualifications:

  • They will have a strong understanding of the alcohol beverage and spirits industry, with a minimum of 3+ years’ experience; working on the supplier side will be highly valued
  • A proven track record of developing working relationships and a strong business acumen
  • Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills
  • Advanced influencing skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills including understanding of data analysis is preferred
  • Understanding of financial budgeting
  • Excessive travel might be necessary, occasionally requiring air travel
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Bachelor’s Degree is strongly preferred

The salary range for this role, based out of Los Angeles, California, is $60,089 - $70,200.

This role is not eligible for international or domestic relocation
