We are now hiring a Customer Marketing Manager to join our regional team in Northern Europe and the Nordics, to take our commercial planning and activation to the next level. Based in Richmond, you will be working with our motivated internal and distributor teams across 9 markets. You will be responsible for planning and executing the commercial growth drivers in collaboration with Distributors, that will establish the next phase of growth for our premium and luxury spirits portfolio.

Lead for planning and execution across all channels/Customers growth drivers in local markets, responsible for developing and delivering the annual calendar of activity that will accelerate brand growth in priority outlets.
Develop aligned activity calendars (including assets, brand events and activations) across all physical and digital channels. Ensure omnichannel integration for each brand leveraging available support from Global teams.
Work with Distributors and the cross-functional team, to identify local market, shopper, customer, and consumer insights from which to create market-relevant growth drivers, sets activation targets and then owns the region-wide drive cycle rhythm to deliver them.
Rigorously evaluates impact of different growth drivers to identify what works and create a cycle of continuous performance improvement.
