Commercial Finance Manager-On Trade & RTM

Aufgaben

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Finance Manager-On Trade & RTM in the UK Team.  This role will provide expert financial analysis, insight, and strategic partnering to the On Trade & RTM channels to review current performance and future business opportunities.

This role will be the main financial point of contact for the channel.  This role will also support the Head of Finance in co-ordinating Budget and forecasting rounds acting as a lead for their channel and support completion of month end tasks including substantiation of balance sheet accruals where needed.

Rollenverantwortung

As a Commercial Finance Manager, you will business partner with the On Trade & RTM channel Leads and teams to ensure delivery of key business measures including supporting the Monthly Business Planning process in cross-functional reviews, to ensure delivery of channel Profit and key financial metrics in line with targets.  Provide financial support to evaluate new opportunities across the business, using financial modelling / scenario planning to provide solutions to key business challenges.

You will also work collaboratively to ensure delivery of other key business measures - stock efficiency, credit control, overheads -liaising with other finance and Supply Chain functions to provide accurate and insightful management information to support this.

Unser idealer Kandidat/in

Our ideal candidate will be a Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / ACMA), with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience and at least 5 years’ experience in a finance role.  You will have strong commercial acumen and proven business partnering ability working with Commercial and Marketing teams. 

You will be a logical and analytical thinker with the ability to constructively challenge processes and influence others to the benefit of the organisation.  You will think beyond the Finance function to apply financial information cross-functionally with the ability to communicate financial concepts and information to non-financial colleagues.
