The successful candidate will play a critical role within our BDE London Team. They will activate our premium and luxury spirits brands by implementing programmes in our On Trade outlets, generating new business and managing exclusive accounts. The ideal candidate will foster a culture of innovation by networking with key influencers & RTM ambassadors to design new initiatives that will grow our brands and push sales.

- Manage a core number of Premium, Select and Exclusive accounts within a Central London to deliver the On Trade brand building plan and activation programe.
- Securing portfolio range distribution and cocktail menu status in key outlets to drive advocacy and sales of our brands.
- Network with the key influencers in the territory and key route to market colleagues.
- Achieve preferred premium partner status with key outlets by developing tailored solutions to meet consumer and customer needs.
- Establishing expert status through advice on the Spirits Category, proposing range by segmentation.
- Identify new brand and outlet opportunities that enable the targeting of the right consumers.
- Promote WG&S brands through own social media accounts, and work in partnership with customers to identify social media opportunities to promote our brands.

We are looking for a results-driven, tenacious new Business Development Executive with a passion for sales, You must be a self motivated individual, with strong financial acumen and the ability to demonstrate an understanding of the balance between commercial delivery and the brand building agenda.
The successful candidate will have exceptional organisation and presentation skills, and a real acumen for building and maintaining customer relationships.
Sales and/or marketing experience in the On Trade is desirable.
