Business Application Analyst

Job Introduction

Our Group Technology Services (GTS) team is looking for a rare talent to join our US team as Business Application Analyst. As part of the GTS team, you’ll play a key role in managing and enhancing our business applications, helping drive operational excellence and enabling our US business to achieve its strategic goals. Main Responsibility

In this role, you will provide end-to-end support for business applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. You will proactively identify opportunities for process and technology improvements while collaborating across departments to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions. You will maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, the global GTS team, and external vendors.

Our Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for a self-driven, highly motivated problem solver with strong critical thinking skills and a passion for learning. 

You should be able to:

  • Ask the right questions and propose practical solutions.
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with colleagues at all levels.
  • Demonstrate hands-on experience or strong familiarity with SQL, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, and Azure.
  • Thrive in a dynamic environment and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Be able to work with little supervision and demonstrate the initiative necessary to handle multiple projects in a timely manner within a very lean organization. 

You should have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree Computer Science or related experience in IT Support
  • Knowledge of the alcohol spirits industry 3-tier system
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning and Inventory systems
