Business Account Manager

Job Introduction

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Account Manager within the Route to Market team.  This role will be responsible for executing the WG&S UK strategy within the C&C group to deliver budgeted performance via mutual sustainable growth whilst balancing brand equity and value. This role also leads one National Account Manager who will support on the C&C account along with managing their own portfolio of accounts.

Main Responsibility

As a key member of the UK Route to Market (RTM) team you will develop, implement, monitor and adjust an account plan for the C&C group in order to achieve channel strategy and profitability targets through sound financial planning, brand strategy implementation, resource management and effective use of systems and processes.   Full P&L responsibility will require you to manage budgeted volume, NSV and profitability.

You will lead the relationship with Matthew Clark and Bibendum, establishing strong relationships and joint working practises through cross functional networking.  Creating an integrated joint business plan that aligns with their strategy and drives strategic partnership.

The role will require you to lead, motivate and develop the National Account Manager in line with our company values to maximise employee engagement and performance.

Our Ideal Candidate

Our ideal candidate will be an experienced Account Manager with strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, established networking skills and demonstrates leadership to motivate your direct report and the cross functional virtual teams.  As the Business Account Manager of the largest On Trade RTM, you will provide best in class examples of account management to share within the wider Commercial team.
