Business Account Manager- Off Trade Grocery

Aufgaben

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Account Manager to join our off-trade retail UK commercial team.

The role will build effective customer trading relationships on a key grocery account and leverage these to optimise distribution, brand activation, visibility, NSV and profit for company within agreed budgets and business guidelines. You will deliver customer budget performance, within agreed guidelines, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability for the company whilst balancing brand equity and value.

Rollenverantwortung

As part of the Commercial Retail Team you will develop, implement, monitor and adjust individual account plans in order to achieve channel strategy and profitability targets through sound financial planning, brand strategy implementation, resource management and effective use of systems and processes.

You will be responsible for effectively managing all aspects of customer relations in order to achieve agreed volume, value and account contribution targets.  You will develop a mutual joint business plan with the designated customer to deliver continued profitable business growth, whilst monitoring and reviewing the effectiveness of account plans and making adjustments needed for any new market/trade factors after the agreement with the customer and internal stakeholders.

Unser idealer Kandidat/in

Our ideal candidate will have a broad, working knowledge of UK Off Trade operations, a great commercial awareness and be able to make sound decisions based on profitability with a proven track record in P&L management.

You will have a comprehensive understanding and extensive working knowledge of brand building with the ability to balance commercial delivery, with strong analytical capability which will allow you to make decisions based on turning data evaluation into actionable insight. You will need to be adaptable and manage a demanding workload, prioritising effectively. 

You will need strong interpersonal skills to enable you to motivate and lead an internal cross functional customer focused team.
