Application Support Analyst (Supply & Demand)

Main Responsibility

You will be responsible for the management of IFS user issues through to resolution, engaging other experts in the IFS Digital Acceleration team as required.  As part of the Demand & Supply Business Engagement team you will work with your supply chain functional stakeholders to understand their needs and collaborate to identify and create solutions which will enhance the existing solution.  You will work closely with other members of the Business Engagement team to develop training materials and build the capability of users. The wide range of challenging projects planned for IFS will give you the opportunity to be involved across the global business and build the breadth and depth of your knowledge.

Our Ideal Candidate

You will have good experience and understanding of how the supply chain function operates. You understand the importance of clear processes and can articulate them clearly, using an inquisitive mind to seek improvements. An ability to quickly understand issues and identify solutions, then communicate clearly to your business users (both day-today and through training exercises) will be vital.

You will be able to demonstrate a track record of strong collaboration, resilience, an entrepreneurial spirit and a solid set of values. An enthusiasm for sharing your experience and knowledge with others to help them grow is infectious. A passion for doing the right thing and being part of delivering step changes will mean you fit right into our team.
