ERP Process and Governance Architect

Job Introduction

IFS is our core ERP system and a key cornerstone our ambitious 5 year plan and digitalisation agenda. The IFS Digital Acceleration team is dedicated to optimising the system and delivering transformational business projects. The IFS10 Process team support the development of all processes executed on IFS10 and are responsible for maintaining process maps and work instructions which show how the system operates.

Main Responsibility

You will work collaboratively across the IFS Digital Acceleration team, facilitating process workshops with key stakeholders, challenging existing ways of working and supporting the enhancement of all relevant processes. You will develop process maps and work instructions with your colleagues which clearly articulate how the solution operates and will identify any challenges with current procedures. You will support the roll-out of IFS10 to new countries and Group companies and will share your process expertise with your colleagues. You will bring your knowledge of our process framework to help define our approach to testing changes to the system and to prepare us to move to IFS Cloud. 

Our Ideal Candidate

You will have strong knowledge and experience in at least one of the following areas, but be enthusiastic to broaden your understanding across other areas:

 

  • Finance
  • Production
  • Warehousing
  • Commercial

 

You will have knowledge of ERP systems and will be able to demonstrate a track record of strong collaboration, resilience, an entrepreneurial spirit and a solid set of values. The ability to understand a situation, demonstrate excellent problem solving and clearly articulate your future vision is second nature to you. An enthusiasm for sharing your experience and knowledge with others to help them grow is infectious. A passion for doing the right thing and being part of delivering step changes will mean you fit right into our team.
