Our Digital & eCommerce team is looking for a proactive and intellectually curious individual to be our eCommerce Manager. You’ll be a member of a team of passionate subject matter experts that work together seamlessly to deliver brand and portfolio digital strategies. Main Responsibility

The eCommerce Manager - Pure Players is responsible for identifying key focus areas to increase share of sales online, performance marketing and ecommerce metrics, and provide shopper and commercial understanding to guide recommendations and programming. The role requires cultivation of a deep understanding of platform analytics and analysis, ensuring that investments are right sized and optimized. The role is the main point of contact for third party marketplaces and pure players.

 

Our Ideal Candidate

Our ideal candidate brings at least 5 years of up to the minute specialist skill and knowledge in ecommerce, including consumer path to purchase and its highest converting touchpoints. Experience in spirits, wine, or beer is helpful, but not a requirement. In addition, our ideal candidate has a demonstrated track record of developing strong digital content programming and testing agendas, and exceptional ecommerce analytics and performance marketing experience. This individual is both creatively and commercially aware, making sound decisions based on commercial benefit and business objectives. You should also be a team player and effective influencer, building strong relationships across functions and geographies and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor, especially to brand teams, commercial team, and distributor and retail partners. Creative thinkers that suggest viable new ideas and identify ongoing areas for testing and investment are especially encouraged to apply. The salary range for this role, based out of our New York City office is $81,867 - $96,846.
