Warehouse Manager

Job Introduction

We have a new opportunity for a Warehouse Manager to join our Packaging team in Bellshill. You will lead and develop a team of warehouse team members as well as manage efficiently the Group Distribution Centre to ensure delivery of results in line with distribution and H&S and quality strategy, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation.

Main Responsibility

The successful candidates responsibility will include developing a comprehensive improvement plan that supports our drive for improved operating costs, ensuring successful implementation and execution of these plans.  Implementing best practice processes and procedures within Wet Goods to maximise effectiveness and efficiency whilst ensuring a strong interface with the Bottling, Planning, Customer service, Dufftown & Girvan.  You will maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of business objectives that drive essential behavioural safety and process change. 

In addition, you will lead, motivate and develop the Distribution team in line with company values to maximise employee engagement.

Our Ideal Candidate

Our ideal candidate will have experience of leading large teams and have exceptional people leadership skills.  A safety qualification would be essential and knowledge of Lean 6 Sigma and HMRC experience would be considered an advantage.
