Help Shape the Spirits Behind Some of the World's Most Loved Brands

Are you analytical, detail-oriented and passionate about transforming data into operational excellence? We're looking for a Vatting Analyst to play a vital role in ensuring our award-winning spirits are available at the right quality, in the right quantity, at the right time.

Working at the heart of our Technical Operations team, you'll manage and optimise spirit recipes, support blending and vatting programmes, and provide critical planning information that helps deliver exceptional products to customers around the world. You'll collaborate with experts across spirit supply, maturation, warehousing and operations, helping to safeguard quality while maximising the value of our maturing inventory.

• Managing recipe data and maintaining critical information within the DRAMS system to ensure compliance, quality and recipe integrity.
• Monitoring and coordinating cask finishing programmes, ensuring activities are carried out in line with quality standards and production requirements.
• Analysing bottling demand and forecasts to ensure spirit availability meets supply chain and bottling plans.
• Creating and managing vatting and blending activity plans, working closely with operational teams to adapt to changing requirements.
• Using data and insight to improve spirit planning, maturation management and routing decisions.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives across spirit planning, warehousing, filling, emptying and inter-site spirit movements.
• Building strong relationships with colleagues across the business and contributing to a culture of collaboration and operational excellence.

You'll be someone who enjoys solving complex problems, analysing data and working collaboratively across multiple teams. You will thrive in an environment where attention to detail, planning and quality are critical.

We're particularly interested in candidates who have:

• Experience in planning, supply chain, production, operations or technical environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using planning, ERP or production management systems would be advantageous.
• A continuous improvement mindset and a desire to make processes more efficient.

Knowledge of the whisky making process and DRAMS system experience would also be highly advantageous.
