As a Supply Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the right products are available at the right time while balancing inventory investment and customer service expectations. Working within the Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating inventory levels to achieve working capital and service level targets, while proactively mitigating supply risks and disruptions.
You will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across Supply Chain, Commercial, Customer Service, Demand Planning, Production, and external partners to ensure effective replenishment, smooth product launches, and the successful execution of the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, analytical, and collaborative supply chain professional who enjoys problem-solving in a dynamic environment.
Responsabilité du rôle
- Manage and coordinate inventory levels to achieve agreed stock targets while minimising excess and obsolete inventory.
- Set and maintain stock parameters, including supporting the introduction of new products and the delisting of SKUs.
- Produce and analyse inventory reports, including Days of Stock calculations and slow-moving or obsolete stock analysis, ensuring key Supply Chain KPIs are tracked and improved.
- Review and maintain safety stock levels to ensure high customer availability while meeting working capital objectives.
- Support the successful launch of new products through close collaboration with Demand Planning, Customer Service, Commercial, Planning and NPD teams.
- Work cross-functionally with supply chain and commercial teams to achieve inventory targets, drive operational improvements and support the S&OP process.
- Maintain agreed inventory coverage levels and manage stock reconciliations with third-party logistics providers.
- Maintain Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) master data, create replenishment purchase orders, and manage any required amendments to the supply plan.

We are looking for a supply chain professional with strong organisational and analytical skills who can effectively manage inventory, balance competing priorities, and build strong working relationships across multiple functions.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills:
Essential
- Experience in Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, or Supply Chain Planning.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, replenishment planning and stock optimisation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, identifying risks and implementing effective solutions.
- High attention to detail, particularly when managing planning data, inventory records, and purchase orders.
Desirable
- Experience with DRP, ERP or other supply chain planning tools.
- Knowledge of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes would be beneficial.
- Experience supporting product launches, supply planning processes, and continuous improvement initiatives would be advantageous.
- Experience producing KPI and inventory performance reports.
