We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sub Con Transport Coordinator to join the business, to support and coordinate the Sub Con logistics movements to ensure efficiencies and delivery to plan in line with distribution strategy and compliance with all relevant legislation.

Supporting the Internal Transport team to ensure delivery of results as above.

主要職責

  • To coordinate and plan the daily movements of Sub Con stock movements with selected hauliers to ensure required movement of our products in line with schedule.
  • To support the daily movements of 10 Drivers and the internal transport fleet to ensure required movement of liquid stock in line with schedule.
  • To closely monitor the Driver Daily check process and generate relevant actions as appropriate, ensuring fleet compliance with all relevant legislation.
  • To administer all transport function paperwork, ensuring records for fleet are up to date & readily accessible & auditable
  • To maintain relationships and liaise daily with both Girvan and Dufftown Bottling & Planning / scheduling to ensure 100% OTIF for all transport deliveries
  • To monitor and ensure that the daily plan is strictly adhered to, both in terms of delivery & servicing, providing best practices and identifying continuous areas of improvement across the teams.
  • To process monthly Sub Con recovery data, ensuring data accuracy and budget postings.
  • To maintain relationships and liaise daily with Sub Con centres, Planning, Wet Goods and scheduling to ensure OTIF for all Sub Con transport tasks.
  • Support and monitor MORR applications and update files accordingly

  • Significant experience of excel worksheets and numerical data
  • Significant experience of transport related planning activities
