From the heart of Dufftown, we’re looking for two dedicated and safety conscious Spirit Supply Team Members – HGV Drivers to join our high-performing team. If you’re passionate about precision, quality, and driving excellence both on the road and in the warehouse, this is your chance to be part of something extraordinary.
As a key player in our Spirit Supply team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient movement and processing of our spirit stock. Your role will be hands on, detail driven, and vital to maintaining the integrity of our products and our reputation.
主要职责
- Carrying out spirit supply operations in full compliance with HMRC, environmental legislation, and ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001).
- Following and reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent quality and safety.
- Ensuring accurate paperwork and data recording during spirit filling and disgorging.
- Meeting defined spirit and cask quality specifications in line with our Quality Policy.
- Monitoring and achieving KPIs and Process Indicators to support operational excellence.
- Conducting basic maintenance and safety checks as part of our Operator Asset Care programme.
- Maintaining high workplace standards and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborating within a high-performing team culture aligned with our Company Purpose and Values.
- Promoting diversity and inclusion by respecting and valuing different perspectives and encouraging personal legacy creation.
