Job Introduction

We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic, self-driven Site Development Team Member to join the vibrant Maintenance Team at William Grant and Sons Girvan site. This role is primarily day based Monday to Friday supporting the operations of our Gin, Malt & Grain distilleries as well as our vast warehousing complex.

Main Responsibility

You will be responsible for executing your schedule of work in a timely manner so that we remain compliant to legislative and business mandated requirements, as well as the day-to-day upkeep of our Site and its buildings. You will plan, scope and organise corrective work orders in our CMMs to ensure the right parts are ordered and that work orders are finished.

You will deal directly with Service providers to negotiate Maintenance contracts and manage the associated purchase orders and completed service reports.

Our Ideal Candidate

As our ideal candidate, you will have a can do attitude together with exceptional organisational skills, you will be as competent driving a forklift as you should driving a computer. You understand the importance of compliance on a COMAH site. You will have flexibility to meet the needs of a 365 operation and are happy to support your colleagues at short notice.

Key to the success of your role is your attention to detail, independence in your actions and your drive to becoming a Rare character.
