Our Digital & eCommerce team is looking for an ambitious, commercially minded, and digitally focused individual to be our Senior eCommerce Manager. You’ll be a member of a team of passionate subject matter experts that work together seamlessly to deliver brand and portfolio digital strategies. This is a remote role that’s home-based preferably in or around Houston, TX or Dallas/Ft Worth, TX.

Main Responsibility

The Senior eCommerce Manager is a leading voice on the US eCommerce team. The role partners closely with Commercial and National Accounts teams and distributor partners to develop, pitch, secure, and measure bespoke omnichannel programming in line with commercial, brand, and portfolio objectives. The Sr. Manager also develops expansion of ecommerce share and strategy in line with the US and Global agendas, with a focus on supporting key US markets and retailers. You’ll leverage best practice marketing and commercial strategies while testing new ones. Ruthlessly drive integration between brand marketing plans and commercial execution, and increase WG&S and distributor impact across digital trade channels. Support Director, Digital & eCommerce with contributions to evolving ecommerce strategy. 

Our Ideal Candidate

Our ideal candidate has both digital and commercial / sales experience. You’ll have a deep understanding of how to foster and grow relationships with your counterpart at retail accounts and distributors, as well as your colleagues on the Commercial and Brand teams. You have a proven track record of selling in programming to external partners, and exceptional analytical skills to understand performance. You are proactive and have a bias for action, managing and supporting a roster of key distributor and retail accounts. A strategic thinker, you’ll co-develop and implement our US ecomm expansion strategy in partnership with the Director, Digital & eCommerce. Through test and learns, you’ll identify key focus areas to increase share of sales online and where relevant, to influence share of sales in-store. Provide shopper and commercial understanding to guide recommendations and programs. You are an effective influencer and position yourself as a trusted subject matter expert, acting as an internal consultant on all things digital but especially in the creation and execution of ecomm strategy and the role of ecomm in brand ecosystems.
