Regional Executive GTR Cruise - FTC

The Regional Executive role GTR-Cruise, provides a start point to building a career in this fast paced and exciting environment, in which world class, on and of trade executions, RTC principles & commercial excellence combine to create an exciting & rewarding role. 

Main Responsibility

Support cruise retail accounts management and execution by leading and developing the WG&S portfolio in the cruise lines channel. Focus on delivering measurable distribution KPI’s with cruise line partners through revenue growth, operational efficiency, leveraging channel initiatives. The role requires account management skills, commercial thinking, analytical excellence and an ability to problem solve and execute the global brand strategy for the cruise line channel, (on Trade and retail). This also involves managing internal stakeholders, ability to work in cross functional teams and present with impact.  

Our Ideal Candidate

With experience in either account management or Cruise Lines, you’ll be an expert in delivering compelling proposals, grounded in insights, that deliver commercial advantage and build our brands, for the long-term. The ideal candidate will have a spirits industry background and have worked internationally, in either cruise or commercial role. 

 

You’ll have a willingness to travel, experience working with large customers and can adapt your communication style. As a Global business unit touching all four corners of the world, you’ll have a strong cultural awareness and the ability to speak more than one language is a benefit but not essential.

The base salary range for this role is $70,059 - $95,777.

This is an FTC until 31/12/2027.
