Job Introduction
We’re seeking a Senior Project Engineer for our Girvan Distillery to lead the charge in transforming our infrastructure, driving technical excellence, and delivering high impact projects that keep our distillery world class. Main Responsibility
- Develop deep technical expertise to solve plant challenges, boost productivity, and lead health, safety, and environmental improvements.
- Scope, justify, and execute capital projects from concept to commissioning with precision, value, and compliance.
- Drive technology innovation and generate intellectual property that sets us apart.
- Translate development needs into Site Master Plans, 5-year roadmaps, and budget proposals.
- Communicate complex technical insights to non-technical and senior audiences to support commercial decisions.
- Implement governance frameworks, develop engineering standards, and ensure operational continuity across bottling and distilling.
- Monitor buildings and utilities to maximise efficiency, minimise risk, and future-proof our assets.
