Senior Manager, Shopper Marketing

Job Introduction

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Shopper Marketing, On Premise to lead the development and delivery of US on-premise strategy and program development. This role will help enhance our responsibility as the trusted advisor with distributor partners and key customers through insight-led programs that disrupt, build equity and drive conversion at the point of purchase.

Main Responsibility

The Senior Manager, Shopper Marketing, On Premise will lead the development of on-premise trade marketing plans that align to consumer mission, insight/occasion, customer activation priorities & opportunities and company/brand strategy.  They will lead program and tool analysis to understand the level of execution and effectiveness and will leverage analysis learnings to optimize programming, tools, and channel planning.  They will provide on-premise category guidance and support to HQ brand teams, region marketing, commercial planning and filed sales teams. They will ultimately champion commercial excellence and shopper marketing principles across the US & Global business through the best practice sharing and illustration of the effectiveness of strong shopper and insight based executions.

Our Ideal Candidate

Our ideal candidate is required to have 3+ years of experience in brand and/or trade marketing capacity  in liquor or consumer packaged goods industry; with a strong understanding of the 3-tier US liquor regulatory environment and the on-premise channel. They will be a thought leader with strong analytical, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Candidate will be expected to give compelling and insightful presentations, and demonstrate the ability to successfully work cross-functionally, while at the same time have a strong ability to work independently. A bachelor’s degree and experience in the national accounts area is preferred.

This role is not eligible for international relocation.
