An exciting opportunity to come and lead our Customer Marketing team within E-Commerce and Digital across iconic luxury Spirt brands such as Hendrick’s, Glenfiddich, Balvenie and Monkey Shoulder… to name a few!
This role will lead the team, own the budgets, set the strategy and execute our online activation plans across the key Grocery and Pureplay customers. Accelerating our Digital Focus is a strategic imperative, and an area of growing importance and support.

Reporting into the Head of Retail, this role will work alongside our Commercial and Marketing teams to ensure we lay down the best possible plans to ensure that our brand portfolio is executed brilliantly online.
Supported by the Global ACE (Advocacy, Connections and e-Commerce) team, the individual will own our budgets for activation spend throughout the path to purchase funnel.
Leading a team of two Customer Marketing Managers, who will support Brand Managers and On and Off Trade Sales teams to ensure we are building capability and expertise in this important and growing channel.
Budgets ownership, strategic planning, capability building, activation execution and measurement and evaluation will all be key elements of the job holder’s remit. The role will also include agency management (e.g, Toucan on Amazon) as well as direct customer relationships.
Finally, but importantly, the job holder will be expected to line manage a team of two, setting their annual objectives, managing performance and building engaging development plans.

Our ideal candidate will be a proven customer marketer with a strong track record of delivery in e-Commerce and Digital activation.
Experienced in both grocery.com and Pureplay customer platforms, the candidate will ideally have worked in a similar role either in Sprits or a comparable category.
They will be a marketing leader who can create, motivate and develop a high performing team within a dynamic environment.
Ideally with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience, you must have experience of operating at a similar level within an FMCG environment and creating and leading strategy development.
