Sales Operations Manager

We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager (UK) to be a key lead on Project Accelerate for a fixed term 12 month project, this critical project is the next evolution of our Route to Consumer journey.   We’re looking for a passionate, focused and pro-active Commercial Manager to join our dynamic team. Working closely with the Commercial Director and Leadership Team, this role will look to evolve our commercial operating model to meet our budgeted targets, whilst improving the experience for our key customers. This role is part of our field based sales team and you'll be the UK point of contact, leading the UK Sales Operations agenda with both internal and external stakeholders.

Main Responsibility

This person will lead our UK agenda to move to a world class RTC execution capability, whilst supporting our Commercial Leadership Team, the role will ensure UK market maturity improves in line with aligned global benchmarks. The role will set commercial targets and then lead the delivery of them through global and local stakeholders. In addition to this, the role will evolve our IBOR process, whilst leading and managing some key commercial change projects. Finally, the role includes day to day management of our UK commercial targets for our key agency partner, De Kuyper brands.

Our Ideal Candidate

You’re an experienced, confident and operationally efficient commercial manager. An individual who loves to own and deliver projects, with effective communication, planning and stakeholder management skills. The role would benefit from someone who has demonstrable experience in FMCG and/or drinks, with a good understanding of channel dynamics in the UK. Delivering through cross-functional teams with a real ability to influence will be a key enabler. The candidate will also have a positive, pro-active and solution-based approach, that allows them to lead for change projects across the organisation.
