Help to support the delivery of the organisation's global reward strategy through the provision of reward analysis, benchmarking, reward governance and annual reward cycle activities.
Working closely with HR and business stakeholders across multiple geographies, the role provides expert advice on reward policies and practices, ensuring market competitiveness, internal consistency and compliance.
A key responsibility of the role is the management and oversight of global benefit programmes, including broker and supplier management, annual renewals, provider negotiations, utilisation analysis and benefits communications.
The role is also responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely administration of benefit programmes and supporting continuous improvement in the employee experience across the organisation's international operations.
This 12-month fixed-term contract provides an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to a broad range of global reward and benefits activities, supporting both annual reward cycles and strategic projects across multiple markets.
Responsabilité du rôle
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the management of the organisation's global benefits portfolio, including broker and supplier relationships, annual renewals, provider negotiations and governance, ensuring programmes remain competitive, compliant and deliver value for money.
- Overseeing the accurate and timely administration of global benefit programmes, monitoring utilisation, costs and market competitiveness, and recommending improvements to optimise employee value and experience.
- Contributing to the design and delivery of global benefits communications and education initiatives, maintaining awareness of market practice across geographies and supporting employee understanding and engagement.
- Participating in the annual Performance Bonus and Pay Review processes, ensuring calculations are accurate, deadlines are achieved and stakeholders are engaged within agreed timescales.
- Interrogating, modelling and analysing complex data relating to all elements of Total Reward in support of reward initiatives and ad hoc projects, ensuring high-quality analytics and insights.
- Supporting the development and implementation of reward programmes and practices that meet the needs of a diverse, international workforce.
- Providing advice to HR teams and the wider business on Reward policies and practices, ensuring legal compliance and internal consistency.
Notre candidat idéal
You should be able to demonstrate:
- Experience across a broad Total Reward remit, including compensation, benefits, reward benchmarking, annual pay and bonus review processes, reward analytics and policy development, together with experience managing benefits programmes, including broker relationships, renewals, provider negotiations, governance and administration.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret complex reward and benefits data and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Experience of working with reward benchmarking data and applying external market intelligence to support decision-making.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across HR, Finance and business leadership teams.
- Good understanding of reward governance, legislation and market practice.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
Please note that this role is for a fixed term contract of 12 months and requires 4 days per week to be worked from our offices in Strathclyde Business Park, Bellshill.
