Regional Sales Manager

Job Introduction

Are you an experienced sales leader ready to take on a high-impact role in a dynamic and collaborative environment? We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead the commercial strategy and execution of our WG&S On Trade business within the region. This home-based role offers a fantastic opportunity to shape regional success by building and motivating a high-performing sales team, delivering strong commercial outcomes, and championing key outlet targets across Premium, Select, Exclusive, and Luxury segments. Main Responsibility

  • Develop and execute a regional On Trade strategy to grow WG&S value share and meet MES targets in line with budget and RTC goals.
  • Lead and inspire a team of 7 Regional Sales team members, supporting performance, engagement, and talent development.
  • Enhance team capability through training, development tools, and structured coaching via the Field Sales College framework.
  • Collaborate with the Head of On Trade to manage the BDE & NAM Bonus Scheme and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
  • Conduct regular team days in trade, providing feedback and coaching to foster a high-growth culture.
  • Lead Top10 account planning with BDEs & NAM and drive KPI achievement through strategic customer segmentation.
  • Maintain a fully utilised CRM system and integrated brand planning using CGA Outlet Segmentation.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across Customer Marketing, Category, Finance, and Supply Chain.
  • Uphold operational excellence through effective forecasting, budgeting, and adherence to standards.
  • Actively build a strong trade profile in the region, managing key customer relationships and driving local events and activations.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience in a senior field sales or regional leadership role within the drinks or FMCG industry.
  • Strong track record of developing commercial strategies and delivering against sales and visibility targets.
  • Skilled people leader with the ability to motivate, develop, and engage a team to deliver high performance.
  • Commercially astute with experience in customer segmentation, CRM utilisation, and strategic planning.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and leading collaboration across marketing, finance, and operations.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with key customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and results-focused with a growth mindset and strong alignment to company values.
