Regional Marketing Manager

Job Introduction

An exciting opportunity to join a highly motivated, high-performance team at William Grant & Sons as Regional Marketing Manager – LATAM. Reporting to the Head of Marketing LATAM and based in Miami, you will be responsible for delivering the marketing and brand growth agenda across distributor-led markets in the region. Working closely with a broad range of internal teams and our local distributor partners, you will help shape and execute brand plans that bring to life the global strategies for our world-class portfolio, including Glenfiddich, The Balvenie, Hendrick’s, and Monkey Shoulder.

Main Responsibility

In this role, you will develop and implement Integrated Brand Plan(s) and activation plans in line with Global Strategies, by working closely with the Head of Marketing, Customer Marketing, Regional teams, and Global Brand teams.

Partnering with commercial teams and distributors, you will drive consumer engagement, mental and physical availability, and excellence across all channels and consumer touchpoints. 

You will manage A&P budgets effectively, monitor brand performance against KPIs, and ensure that all plans deliver both short- and long-term growth. 

From identifying consumer insights to supporting sell-out and brilliant activations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our brands win with consumers, customers, and partners across diverse markets.


Our Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for a passionate and commercially minded marketer with 5–8 years of experience in premium spirits, beverage alcohol, or FMCG, ideally with regional exposure. You thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and have a proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Fluent in English and Spanish, you are a collaborative team player who can navigate across cultures, influence key stakeholders, and bring creativity, discipline, and energy to everything you do.
