Due to internal promotion we are looking for a rockstar region manager to join our growing global travel retail team. As the no.1 single malt and super premium gin supplier globally, the future is extremely bright for our premium and luxury spirits portfolio within the travel retail channel, which is already back to pre-pandemic sales levels. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic commercial lead to drive our brand building and value enhancing agenda across our Global and European key accounts.

Based in Richmond (UK) and sitting within the Europe and Americas GTR commercial team, the Region Manager is responsible for delivering a scale regional P&L across a geographic spread of customers, channels and retail locations. As the region lead, you will manage both global and local strategic key accounts to deliver against commercial and brand targets aligned to channel strategy, priorities and standards of execution. An influential role with senior responsibility, stakeholder management and relationship building requirements, both internally and externally. Responsible for one direct report overseeing customer marketing within the region. Requirement to collaborate with a number of functions across finance, supply and marketing to deliver region/customer targets.

You have strong commercial acumen as well as a clear understanding of how to successfully lead national/global key accounts You are able to build strong relationships and flex your influencing style depending on the stakeholder. Can confidently create, present and deliver strategic commercial and brand building plans, grounded in insight, that are financially sound and deliver conditional value growth. Your natural working style is pro-active, constructive, adaptable, inquisitive and solution focussed. A diverse thinker and natural leader with an ability to work in collaboration with multi-cultural teams from different functions, time-zones and markets to achieve the best results for WG&S. Frequent international travel is a requirement and linguistic capability i.e. French, German, Spanish, Arabic is a benefit but not essential.
