Regional Head of Commercial Academy

Regional Heads of Commercial Capability support development and deployment of the Commercial Academy. Working within their respective region, they create a network of trained facilitators and senior market contacts to design and implement impactful capability plans and initiatives for the region.

Main Responsibility

You’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference by building quality training content, tools and learning solutions and embedding to an incredibly high standard that will elevate commercial competencies across the organization. You will partner with world-class experts and manage third party vendor content development and facilitation, while also working with key stakeholders in the region, to provide market teams with the right capability interventions. Building network of market facilitators and continuous innovation of learning ways and tools are integral part of the role too.

Our Ideal Candidate

An accomplished senior commercial leader with a track record of success and with a broad range of experience across commercial in management roles domestically and regionally. Someone with a high level of organisation skills and ability to synthesize and structure information to influence without authority and drive an accelerated change, adoption and embedding agenda. Ideally someone who has experience of training and facilitation, managing internal and external partners. Who can work as part of a Global and regional team, join the global and local commercial RTC plans to drive excellent execution and improved capability across markets.

Location: New York/ Manhattan

The pay range for this role located in our New York City office is from $173,419 to $193,782.
