Recruitment & HR Advisor (FTC)

Job Introduction

At William Grant & Sons, our people are at the heart of everything we do. As our business continues to evolve, we’re looking for an experienced Recruitment & HR Advisor to join our team on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave. This is a fast-paced but highly rewarding role, offering the opportunity to work alongside a fantastic team during an exciting period of transformation. 

Please note that this is a 12-month FTC to cover maternity leave.

 

Main Responsibility

In this role, you'll manage end to end recruitment for our central functions teams, partnering with hiring leaders, the HR team and external recruitment partners to attract and secure high-performing talent. You'll be responsible for delivering an excellent candidate experience, providing advice and guidance to managers on recruitment and HR matters and supporting the delivery of an effective operational HR service aligned to business objectives. You will also support key HR activities, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and employment legislation while contributing to a positive, high-performing culture.

Our Ideal Candidate

You’ll bring experience across both recruitment and HR, with the confidence to manage end-to-end hiring activity while also supporting a range of generalist HR matters. This role would suit an HR Adviser with recruitment experience and knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, looking for a varied position that combines both disciplines.

You’re confident juggling multiple priorities, building strong relationships with stakeholders and accurately recording and tracking candidate progress, ensuring data integrity, compliance and timely updates across all stages of the recruitment cycle. With a proactive mindset and a positive, solutions-focused approach, you’re passionate about people and progress.
