We currently have an excellent 12 month Fixed Term Contract (FTC) opportunity for a Production Technical Operator to join our high‑performing bottling team at Tullamore Distillery. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about operational excellence, continuous improvement and producing exceptional quality products.

主要職責

  • Maintaining high safety and quality standards by following all compliance requirements and ensuring products are consistently safe and of excellent quality.
  • Operating and caring for production equipment, including running machinery, completing changeovers, adjusting settings, and conducting routine cleaning and basic maintenance to keep everything running efficiently.
  • Monitoring bottling quality throughout production by completing checks, identifying issues early, taking corrective action, and recording and communicating any interventions to keep processes on track.
  • Supporting a safe and well organised environment through regular safety checks and good housekeeping practices.
  • Driving continuous improvement by suggesting ideas, supporting change initiatives, and adopting new and more efficient ways of working.
  • Working collaboratively within a highperforming team, contributing to meetings, supporting production plans, and helping deliver the wider site strategy.
  • Promoting an inclusive culture by demonstrating behaviours that support diversity, respect, and personal growth for all colleagues.
