At William Grant & Sons, we always do the right thing for our people, our planet, and our business. The Contribution & Development Office helps management and our Supervisory Board by monitoring the effectiveness and efficiency of the Company’s operating model, the William Grant Way. This includes the Company’s Process Universe, the framework for all the activities across the various functions and geographies in which the business operates. You’ll work right across the Company to increase awareness of the purpose and benefits of the Process Universe while also assessing its development and implementation.
Responsabilité du rôle
You will monitor and analyse all aspects of the Process Universe to understand its completeness, integrity and effectiveness, and the optimal content and application of its various parts. Building strong relationships is a crucial part of enabling this. When working well, the Process Universe will act as the repository of all corporate knowledge, enabling consistency and compliance, and providing a basis for continuous improvement.
Notre candidat idéal
You will have significant process experience, likely including process mapping and process improvement. Strong communication is particularly important, given you’ll work with a broad range of stakeholders across a range of functions and geographies. You’ll be a proactive, confident, values-driven individual, with strong emotional intelligence and resilience. In return, you'll be part of a brilliant team and get the opportunity to learn about how the broader business operates, from grain to glass and across all the teams that help make this happen.
