Join William Grant & Sons as a Pricing and Promotions Executive and play a key role in ensuring our products are accurately priced and ready for market across our Owned Distribution Companies. Sitting within our Finance, Planning & Analysis team, you'll work cross-functionally with a variety of stakeholders, helping to deliver new product launches while driving visibility of pricing and promotional performance.

You'll take ownership of the end-to-end setup and maintenance of transfer pricing data, ensuring products are available for ordering and that pricing is loaded accurately and efficiently. Working closely with teams across NPD, Revenue Management, Change Control and Part Costing, you'll support successful product launches, resolve pricing and system issues, and ensure all requests are delivered in line with governance standards and service levels.
You'll also help shape our understanding of promotional effectiveness by analysing performance data, supporting ROI evaluation, and producing insightful monthly reporting. Through your analysis, you'll identify key drivers of market and brand performance, helping the business make informed commercial decisions.

We're looking for a highly organised and analytical individual who enjoys working with data and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You'll have strong attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem solving, and the confidence to collaborate with stakeholders across different functions to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Experience working with pricing, commercial performance reporting, finance, sales operations or ERP systems would be advantageous. Most importantly, you'll be curious, eager to learn, and motivated by the opportunity to contribute to the performance of some of the world's most recognised premium spirits brands.
