Job Introduction

Our new Contribution & Development office operates on behalf of the Family & Supervisory Board to ensure the long term success of William Grant & Sons as a family business. Our role is to ensure the effective governance of the Company’s operating model, The William Grant Way, and support our CSR and People development programmes.

Main Responsibility

Ensure effective governance of the Company’s operating model, the William Grant Way (WGW), specifically related to Planning, Budgeting and Internal Markets. You will monitor and analyse all aspects of Planning, Budgeting, Reporting and Internal Markets to ensure effective financial control and efficient operations to help the business achieve its maximum potential. You will be responsible for ensuring that the processes and policies defined in the William Grant Way (our internal operating model) are embedded, with the right level of rigour and discipline in order to ensure the integrity and timeliness of all related matters.

Our Ideal Candidate

Our ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant to oversee and ensure strong financial control across the business. You will have prior experience of leading and supervising small project teams and will be an excellent partner to the business units to ensure the on-going development of the WGW in order to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Company operations, allowing for Freedom within the Framework.
